Safety problems of food emerge in an endless stream, and people's activities are in tall buildings seem to have forgotten the essential vitality and simple life in the earth. Perhaps, through "education," people can be inspired to reflect on some changes. In this study, we explored Taoyuan Municipal Nankan Junior High School as an example. During the seventh grade, students participated cultivation in one-year farming experience and directly cooked and ate their own vegetables after harvesting. After this experience, the researchers found that students are in the cognitive growth and diet changes. Participating students became less picky and cherish in the nutrition lunch. What factors in the curriculum design are such a shift? And what kind of activity design can stimulate these factors? These are the issue of awareness that the teachers also as the researchers want to explore. Researchers who used to be the teacher of this school entered the teaching site with the role of participating to observed, and collected relevant documents in the course for data analysis. Outside of the interviews, I also shared my memory and my emotions of the land so that students could reflect on and stir up when their value systems were established. In connection with this, through the emotional education linked to the land, what the students feel and what they learned by their own hands, perhaps this kind of food education has shed seeds in the hearts of the students.
