碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 國際企業學系 === 106 === This thesis studies the effects of leisure benefits, service quality and satisfaction of road races on the runners which have participated in the running activities. 361 valid questionnaires are collected from the samples by means of a questionnaire survey for the structural equation modeling. The empirical analysis results show that : psychological benefit has significant positive impact on the satisfaction of road races and the re-participation intention, the service quality has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of road races and on re-participation intention. But, physiological benefit has a significant negative effects on re-participation intention. This study expects to provide the organizers in the road racing activities to promote the leisure benefit of road races activities so as to enhance the service quality and to improve the satisfaction of road races of the runners. The results of this study leads to increase the runner's re-participation intention.
