Structures of compounds 1–12 were determined by spectroscopic methods, and comparison of the spectroscopic data with other related metadolites. In addition, those compounds are tested for anti-inflammatory activity. As a result, compound 5 was found to display inhibitory effect on the accumulation of the pro-inflammatory iNOS protein in the LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cell at a concentration of 10 M (reduced to 10.53±1.38 %).
