Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 諮商與臨床心理學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to investigate self-transformation in college student’s love relationship, and to explore the influence and the content of self-transformation in college student’s love relationship of a psychological displacement diary-writing love relation group. Nine college students in a northern university participated in this study. The researcher conducted individual interview before the group, followed by 8 group, sessions, once per week and each for 2 hours. The researcher collected 42 psychological displacement writing diaries during the process. After the group, individual interviews were conducted again.
The texts were analyzed by a phenomenological method, and results were summarized below.
1.The content of self-transformation in college student’s love relationship could be summed up to three aspects: “reexamine desired love from interaction in love relationship”, “love relationships nourish self-confidence and increase the sense of security”, “The relationship of love contributed to the opportunity of trial and change”.
2.The content of self-transformation in college students after participating in the psychological displacement diary-writing love relation group were as follows: “the shared experiences promote openness and self-growth”, “deeply understand the experience and meaning of love relationships”.
3.Factors that facilitated self-transformation in the psychological displacement diary-writing love relation group were: “group provided a sense of universality connection and an opportunity for interpersonal practice”, “diverse group experience and the psychological displacement writing deepen one's self-awareness and promote emotional expression”.
Finally, according the research results, the researcher provided suggestions for future research and practical implications.
