Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 電子物理學系光電暨固態電子研究所 === 106 === In this paper, we discuss graphene based sheets by using an electrochemical stripping method. Under the electrolysis bias, the dissociation reaction is generated on the electrolyte, and the dissociated ions are adsorbed on the graphite to strip the graphene sheets. To explore the effects of different conditions on graphene samples in different preparation environments, two kinds of surfactants, including cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were used as electrolytes, and the graphite was peeled off under different electrolysis biases (4 V, 6 V, 10 V, 12 V, 14 V), and the exfoliated graphene sheets were oscillated and dispersed in the suspension. The graphene suspension is coated on a glass substrate and dried, the difference of surface morphology between graphene samples and the graphite was observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman spectroscopy is used to observe the lattice vibration mode, and the degrees of oxidation defects of the graphene crystals were analyzed, and the fluorescence characteristics were analyzed by using fluorescence spectroscopy. We obtained the influences of electrical biases on degrees of oxidation of graphene and fluorescence spectroscopy in different conditions.
