A questionnaire was distributed to all of the 274 schools and 267 valid returns with the responding rate of 97.45%. After conducting quantitative analyses including descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlational coefficient, effect size, and multiple regression analysis, results were as follows. 1. The principals perceived a low to moderate level of job stress. 2. The principals perceived a moderate to high level of job satisfaction. 3. The principals perceived a high level of organizational commitment. 4. There were differences between the job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment from various backgrounds of the principals. 5. The relationship between the job stress and job satisfaction of the principals showed a low level of negative correlation. A low level of negative correlation between the job stress and organizational commitment was found, too. The relationship between the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the principals showed a modest level of positive correlation. 6. Some of the principals’ backgrounds had a low level of positive prediction power on the organizational commitment. The job stress had a low level of negative prediction power on the organizational commitment; and the job satisfaction of the principals had a moderate level of positive prediction power on the organizational commitment. According to the results, conclusions and suggestions were made to serve as reference for the ministry of education, the principals of the distinctive aboriginal elementary schools, and future researches. 楊國賜 姜得勝 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 317 zh-TW |
