Frist of all, to analyze the theoretical basis and related research through the literature. Secondly, the study adapt survey research method by stratified random and cluster sampling. A total of 354 teachers, cluster sampling selected from 45 public elementary schools in Yunlin Country. The questionnaires were consisted of four parts: teacher’s demographic information, principals’ personality traits, distributed leadership and teachers’ organization citizenship behavior. The data were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis using a package of SPSS for windows22.0. The main findings of this study were summarized as follows: The elementary school teacher’s perceptions of the principal’s personality traits, distributed leadership and teachers’ organization citizenship behavior were at the above average level. There were some differences in the elementary school teachers’ perception of the principal’s personality traits and distributed leadership. There were significant positive correlations among the principal’s personality traits, distributed leadership and teachers’ organization citizenship behavior. The principal’s personality traits and distributed leadership can predict the teachers’ organization citizenship behavior. Finally, some suggestions for educational administration systems, elementary school principals, and future researches were proposed according to the results of this study.
