This study aims to investigate the conceptualization of “perceived organizational leisure support” and the development of constructs to make up for deficiencies in past research. This paper used qualitative research methods to perform in-depth interviews with 20 respondents currently working in the technology industry. Because the perception of leisure resources provided by organizations in different departments may be different, in addition to engineers in the Department of R&D, the samples also included directors in the Department of Human Resources, business specialists, project researchers, senior managers, and specific leaders who develop organizational leisure support. This study employed a rigorous content analysis method to summarize the constructs of organizational leisure support for employees. The research results showed that the 4 constructs of perceived organizational leisure support are: (1) tool-based leisure support; (2) time-based leisure support; (3) event-based leisure support; and (4) community-based leisure support.
