The purpose of this study was :(1) to explore the level of Financial literacy among International students studying in Taiwan;(2) to explore the level of Financial Stress among International students studying in Taiwan;(3) to explore the difference among demographic groups concerning financial literacy among international students studying in Taiwan; (4) to explore the difference among demographic groups concerning financial stress among international students studying in Taiwan; (5) to examine the relationship between financial literacy and financial stress among international students studying in Taiwan. There are totally 111 respondents were Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thailand and other students studying in Taiwan. This study used a questionnaire that adopted from the previous scholar to cover major aspects of financial literacy and financial stress. The tools of data collection are Likert's scale and Google form. the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Regression. The results showed the mean score of financial literacy was 3.55 and the mean score of financial stress was 2.69 as 5.00 as the maximum level. This study also found that there were differences in some demographic data concerning financial literacy and financial stress such as Gender, Age, Academic status, and length of stayed in Taiwan. furthermore, there was negative relationship between financial behaviour and financial attitude toward financial stress. Apart from above, there were statistically significant predictive power of financial behaviour on financial stress perceived by International students studying in Taiwan.
