Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 企業管理學系 === 106 === With the rising of Innovative concept, how to develop Innovation and create Competitive Advantage are the goal of all enterprises. The concept of Ecosystem Innovation has only been mentioned in recent years. It is an important issue to cultivate Ecosystem Innovation Capabilities. Therefore, this study intends to explore the impact of macro environment and micro environment on Ecosystem Innovation and the construction of ecosystem innovation capabilities.
This study takes the Electric Scooter Industry as an example. With its leader, Gogoro, as a case study, using participant observation and collection of secondary data to analyze the impact of the innovative technology of the case company on the industry and Ecosystem.
After the integration and analysis, the study found the following points: First, we add Media and Information Penetration as new aspect in the impact of macro environment on Ecosystem Innovation. Second, the construction of the micro environment and its impact on Ecosystem Innovation should be based on the role played by the Core Enterprise. Third, attracting the participation of innovative partners is an important factor to construct Ecosystem Innovation Capabilities.
Fourth, the construction of Ecosystem Innovation Capabilities rises the smile curve-level.
