Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 生化科技學系研究所 === 106 === Herbicides were widely used in agriculture, but also caused residue in soil that make crop growth badly. The main objective of the present study is to screen previously isolated antagonistic Trichoderma spp. for their herbicide tolerant ability and to test the possibility of Trichoderma spp. as bioagents to decrease pollution problems and to enhance the quality. Based on the mycelial growth test, T. virens FT-333 which was highly tolerant to Glyphosate, Glufosinate, Diuron, Linuron and herbicide derivative 3,4-dichloroaniline (3,4-DCA) was selected. Furthermore, this study also try to incubate FT-333 with harvesting spawn bag in mushroom culture. Then evaluation the ability about crop growth promotion of FT-333 compost. These results showed that the treatment of Trichoderma could promote the growth of cowpea. Based on the results, Trichoderma isolate FT-333 have shown its great ability to reduce damage of herbicides in the field. The long-term goal of this grant proposal is to utilize Trichoderma spp. as a bioagent with both biocontrol and bioremediation capabilities in order to decrease pollution problems and to enhance the crop quality.
