Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 106 === In the past, residues and smears which remain on the molding due to the condition of the molding and the change of temperature through the injection molding process are cleaned by operators manually. Since each operator cleans the moldings in different fashions and they often work for a long period of time without rest, the efficiency of cleaning moldings manually is limited, unstable, and could not be optimized. In addition, because of the high temperature during the process, operators are exposed to a high risk of being burnt.
The method to carry out this study is replacing the manpower by a 6-axis robotic arm to clean the moldings. Programming the cleaning fashion, cleaning positions and the cleaning speed unifies the output efficiency. Furthermore, by using high-frequency heating method to reheat the moldings to working temperature, the time and cost which compare to the traditional fashion are reduced. According to this analysis, the yield rate of products of using 6-axis robotic arm corresponds to that of using manpower. Production capacity and the cost of cleaning process are optimized. Also, the 6-axis robotic arm can work 24hour nonstop.
