The bearings are used as the rotor shaft for the BLDC. Three key factors can affect the rotating balance of mechanism which is: the rotor mass balance, the bearing surface and the software-driven phase angle. As the industrial machinery, household appliances, electronic cooling equipment in the use of brushless DC motor has become increasingly popular. The operation of the vibration will inevitably affect the life of the product and the user's comfort. Therefore, this thesis is subjected to vibration analysis and improving the vibration problem of the BLDC. The experiment is divided into three parts, Centrifugal force generated by the rotation rotor during the operation of the motor for the unevenness of the mass of the axis. By using the data measured by the dynamic balance machine to correct the rotor unbalance and improve it. The BLDC motor is using the phase sequence to controls the velocity and torque, the phase angle adjustment can affect the motor torque and speed, to analyze the impact of the phase angle adjustment on the vibration of the motor body. And the operation efficiency of the motor is studied by using the difference of concentricity between the two bearings. The final will be adjusted after the BLDC motor vibration detection equipment and efficiency testing machine for data collection and confirm the impact of vibration on the motor body and the difference.
