It can save the weight control costs over 80%, and reduce the weight control size over 89%. Besides, the pursuit of faster transmission and simplify the wiring, changed the communication to internal transmission. By using PLC matches and imitates the automatic control quantity fill. This system adopts the Ethernet communication, using the TCP/IP computer link to transmit related data, and to match with HMI, to assist the touch panel to complete the calibration, parameter modification, automatic calculation and manual/auto switch over the control functions. It makes the new machine or broken accessory is changed after the wiring completion, it can be operated on the HMI touch panel, it doesn’t like the weight controller needs to be set by professional operator. By adopting this system into the automatic quantity filling, the one cycle finish time 12~20 minutes of manual quantity filling can be shorten to 5 minutes by automatic quantity filling. Compare to the manual quantity filling system the overall efficiency of the automatic quantity filling increase about 3 times. It can reduce the labor cost hugely.
