From here, you can learn that the "online games" in Otaku Economy are different from other industries. The performance of the game’ industry is not affected by the economic cycle. However, Taiwan’s game software publishing industry has created brilliant achievements again and again. It still has constantly set a new record for profit. Analyzing the relevance of the company's operating performance through the ratio of financial performance which is the first priority of the study. The other important point is that in 2016, there was the “XPEC Entertainment Case” that shocked the stock market in Taiwan. Due to the failure, it caused major damage to investors and the financial order was also seriously affected. XPEC Entertainment, which is a game company, stepped down in October 2017. After the incident, the company’s corporate governance was strongly influenced by public opinion, especially the independence of internal oversight responsibilities. Directors, supervisors, and others, this study will incorporate the variables of corporate governance and discuss whether good corporate governance can improve business performance. With regard to the selection of research methods, in recent years, it has been influenced by the upsurge of big data. All industries have been fascinated by data exploration. It can be said that the application of big data is an established target in the future. Therefore, this study adopts a decision tree and association rule. It is hoped that writer can tap into the potential knowledge that has value. The results of this study found that in the financial ratio analysis section, cash flow, operating capacity, and financial structure are all related to corporate performance, and there is no obvious relationship compared to the variable of debt repayment ability; The part of governance, except that the manager’s shareholding ratio has no correlation with company performance, finds that the industry is suitable for the dual nature of the job, and the number of the board of directors is inversely related to the corporate performance.
