This study used a questionnaire survey to convenience sampling the visually-impaired massagists from 18 to 65 years old. A total of 138 questionnaires were collected. The results were indicated as follows: 1. The effects of visually-impaired massagist’s working situations (e.g., vision, how to get to work, charging standards, other license, and use of 3C products to increase job opportunities) on work adjustment were significantly different. 2. The effects of visually-impaired massagist’s background (e.g., gender, age, education level, work type, work role, massage program, working hours, a level B technician for massage, and other work experiences) on work satisfaction were significantly different. 3. The effects of visually-impaired massagist’s working situations (e.g., when is vision impaired, and seniority) on work competence were significantly different. 4. Visually-impaired massagists feel the highest level of support from their families. The support of family, friends, and colleagues and work adjustment were positive correlation. 5. Visually-impaired massagists have a moderate level of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy and work adjustment were positive correlation. Finally, based on the results, this study also proposed some relevant suggestions for visually-impaired massagists and other researchers. 黃宜君 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 133 zh-TW |

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of work and the work adjustment of the visually-impaired massagists, and to explore different background variables, working conditions variables and psychosocial factors on the work adjustment of the visually-impaired massagists. This study used a questionnaire survey to convenience sampling the visually-impaired massagists from 18 to 65 years old. A total of 138 questionnaires were collected. The results were indicated as follows:
