Firstly, the study introduced the academic literatures and related researches from the point of the teacher’s professional learning community and school climate. In addition, the methods adopted in this study were mainly based on the questionnaire survey and the data were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results, the conclusions of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The average scores of teacher’s perception of professional learning community and senior high school climate showed quite well. 2. “Collective Inquiry & Continuous Improvement” achieved the highest ratio in the teacher’s professional learning community. The teacher’s professional learning community showed significant differences in terms of the variables of gender, teachers’ position, and school size. 3. “Teacher’s intimate behaviors” achieved the highest ratio in the school climate. The school climate revealed significant differences in terms of the variables of gender, teachers’ position, school size, and whether the school participates in Senior High School Actualization Program or Vocational High School Actualization Program. 4. The teacher’s professional learning community was able to predict the variable of school climate. Above all, the level of “relationship and constructive support” was the best predictor for the teachers’ professional learning community. 5. The results revealed that there was a highly positive correlation between teacher’s professional learning community and school climate in Taichung city senior high schools.
