By doing so, the study proposed two hierarchies of residential services assessment indicators. 25 indicators were listed, focusing on “building management and maintenance’ and “residential service”, which were subdivided into six management levels, i.e., “security management”, “equipment management”, “environmental health management”, “administrative management”, “financial management” and “public service management”. Questionnaire survey was conducted and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to make pair comparison. The study followed the hierarchical order to analyze and calculate the relative weight of the hierarchies and indicators, validate their importance and confirm the correlation between the assessed items and performance indicators as well as the feasibility of actual implementation. Therefore, the residential service performance indicators established by this study can assist communities to select the most suitable residential management and maintenance companies, ensure the rights and interests of the community residents, and also provide reference for property management authorities to stipulate residential service quality management measures. 吳明政 陳俞如 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 財務金融技術學系 === 106 === Abstract
This study adopts literature review to collect data about the management scope of the domestic apartment management companies for further discussion.
