Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 車輛科技研究所 === 106 === In this study, developed a gear generate by an imaginary spherical cutter. First of all, the mathematics function about the profile of imaginary spherical cutter should be derived, and rendering by mathematical software Mathematica, then set the relationship of coordinate system between the spherical cutter and the gear pair, and find the family of surfaces of gear by using homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix equation. Then, according to the “Gear Geometry and Applied Theory” to generate the mathematical model of gear pair. After that, design various installation error cases and discuss the influence of assembly error on gear motion error, through finite element analysis software “ANSYS Workbentch”, to performs analysis under various assembly error conditions, and observed the tooth contact stress distribution under various assembly error conditions. Then, crowned the imaginary spherical cutter by parameter pitch circle radius and generate the gear pair by imaginary spherical cutter. Added assembly error, and investigate about the effect by transmission error and finite element analysis, to observed the tooth contact stress distribution under various assembly error conditions and transmission error after crowned reference and comparison of gear contact characteristics before and after crownded.
