First, understand the background of the establishment of the community, and the development status, how the community uses feasible strategies to face the predicament in the education scene. The strategies enthusiasm of teachers and the willingness to self-professional growth, thereby enhancing teaching skills, establishing a platform for knowledge development, and enhancing students' interest in learning. This study uses observation method, interview method, and feedback questionnaire to analyze the data. Through the study of “ Nationwide Chinese Teachers' Teaching Workshop ”, teachers can explore the professional learning community of teachers, enhance the professional growth of teachers, build online specifications, and establish cross-space lesson preparation module. Based on the results of the data analysis, the study has reached the following conclusions: 1. Teacher education enthusiasm stimulate professional growth. 2. The knowledge platform on Facebook learning community promotes professional growth. 3.The use of technology to prepare lessons shows the professional growth of the learning community 4. Teachers take the initiative to learn to stimulate self-reflection and professionalism. 5. Establish“ Nationwide Chinese Teachers' Teaching Workshop” Community to Share database. 6.Large learning communities can be divided into subjects or topics 7.Increase the number of learning community entities or online connections and interact with community partners 8. Managers need to take the lead in sharing and encouraging the replication and sharing of results. 9.Do theme-based information gathering to attract more people to join the learning community.
