This article focus on highlow judgment and coordinate with entity machine and virtual factory to compose a Virtual Integration system.
It use potentiometer and MITSUBISHI FX3U as data acquisition in this research. potentiometer use on data acquisition, MITSUBISHI FX3U use on calculate and analyze. By Factory I/O and S7-1200 to imitate automation object actual circumstances，finally use HMI and rely to integration this system.
