This article is mainly for old machines that are difficult to construct or shutdown will seriously affect the process of the machine to provide a new data acquisition method. The use of machine vision image analysis technology to complete the data acquisition.
The visual image processing system of this thesis uses the NEON Smart Camera and its dedicated software MERLIC to measure the pointer instrument, collects the voltage data through the ADMA-6017 data acquisition card. Integrates MERLIC’s data and ADAM-6017’s data using Visual Studio. Finally present its value and error rate.
This article successfully develops a visual image processing system that can solve the problem of DAQ's signal input range limitation. The system can be built without affecting the operation of the equipment. Finally, multiple meters are measured and compared to verify the feasibility of the system.
