Innovation in terms of Sports and leisure industry provides important opportunities for understanding new service development.This study takes the entrepreneur's point of view of the entrepreneurial spirit of the sports and leisure education service industryn order to construct the indicethat related to the core competence of the entrepreneu; and finally to make the research conclusion based on the analysis result of each index as the reference of the start-up entrepreneur.In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study is based on the literature survey and the Delphi survey withthe sports and leisure course teachers and industry-related entrepreneur as the survey sample.From the expert point of view, we construct and induce sports and leisure education services Innovation and entrepreneurial core competencies of the indicators.
The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and a single sample test. In addition, the consistency test was also conducted to understand the appropriateness of the opinions provided by the experts, and whether the opinions were consistent. The results of this study summarize the indicators of service innovation and entrepreneurial core competence of sports and leisure education service industry, which can be divided into four indicators of the main surface, 19 indicators sub-facets and 72 indicators of behavioral connotation. With the study, the evaluation of the service innovation and 72entrepreneurial core competences of sports and leisure education services can be an important reference for follow-up entrepreneurs in the sports and leisure education service industry.
