From the result of this study, we can find hierarchical regression analysis of a sample of 342 employees. The results indicate that transformational leadership is positively related to project success, and the relationship between the transformational leadership is mediated by intrinsic motivation and moderated by goal clarity. In addition, the indirect effect between transformational leadership and project success via intrinsic motivation is moderated by goal clarity.
