Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 106 === Building on Job characteristics model, the purpose of this article is to examine the relationship among transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, project success, and goal clarity. From the result of this study, we can find hierarchical regression analysis of a sample of 342 employees. The results indicate that transformational leadership is positively related to project success, and the relationship between the transformational leadership is mediated by intrinsic motivation and moderated by goal clarity. In addition, the indirect effect between transformational leadership and project success via intrinsic motivation is moderated by goal clarity. Implications of our findings and directions could be discussed for future researches.
