In addition, it explores positive organizational behavior whether the leader emotional labor will bring different influence on the trust and help behaviors of the subordinates. The research collected data from every industry the supervisor and the subordinate in Taiwan, and a total of 214 group valid questionnaires were collected. The results of the study indicated that(1) The surface acting of the leader will increase the willingness favor rendering items;(2)The deep acting of the leader will enhance the subordinates on trust relationship;(3) The surface acting of the leader will reduce on trust relationship;(4) The deep acting of the leader will positively influence on the trust relationship;(5)Trust in leader will bring negatively influence on the surface acting and favor rendering items;(6) Trust in leader will bring positively influence on the deep acting and organizational citizenship behavior;(7) Trust in leader will bring negatively influence on the surface acting and organizational citizenship behavior. This study suggests that the leaders should be concerned about their subordinates with a sincere attitude will effectively enhance the subordinates on the trust in leader, and it willing to enable helping behaviors of subordinates. Also, it will create a good organizational atmosphere that subordinates are willing to do their utmost.
