Relative to the economic products "end of life" concept, circular economy is focused on "restorable and renewable ". To eliminate byproducts and to use resources more efficiently, it requires redesigning materials, product and business model. Nowadays, the way of repairing paving works is by planing and overlaying, the planed asphalt concrete is regarded as waste disposal and is piled at designated location. In recent years, due to the accumulation of planed asphalt concrete material affects the ecological environment, the topics of recycling of resources and environmental protection, this research carry out a performance tracking test on a model section using recycled pellets. This research includes a survey of the status of planed wastes stockpile, physical and chemical properties results by adding different regenerant, pavement performance test, tracking analysis of recycled asphalt concrete and related road surfacing materials. In this way, it is more exempt from the destruction of natural ecology caused by road project, achieving the benefits of circular economy and the purpose of sustainable development of environment.
