The most important change is the expansion of financial services through the application of various technologies, reaching into the general public who have not been served in the past and achieving financial inclusion, thus affecting the traditional financial industry. Investment and financial management is often considered to require rationality and discipline to achieve better performance, while in the research of behavioral finance, people are often not completely rational. Therefore, we wonder whether FinTech will effectively assist investors with their decision making with the rational side of technology? After investigating the decision-making process of investors with Karl Popper's three worlds of knowledge theory, we try to discusses the interaction between FinTech and financial decision-making, and furthermore the possible future of financial market and financial industry participants.
