碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院高階主管管理碩士學程 === 106 === With the rapid advancement of medical technology and the establishment of good distribution specifications for medical devices, relevant medical equipment for the domestic market has been required to be more efficient, cost effective, and marketable. Therefore, this study first collects and discusses relevant literature, and summarizes them. Through the case studies of medical instrument agents and importers, they systematically integrate the standards, and construct an analysis model for high-level medical instrument introduction and influencing factors. Except the integration of imported medical instrument products can help. This study is based on interviews with senior medical industry practitioners in Taiwan. With reference to the principle of AHP data analysis and the experience of professional in-depth interviews in the professional field, this study will then examine the important factors and management methods for the introduction of high-quality medical devices. The following conclusions from this study: the introduction of the model to explore the market factors in the authorization and management services is the most important. The most important import of medical instruments is to meet the needs of the medical market, and products with cost advantages are the most important considerations. Finally, each imported model and its influencing factors are referred to as an effective “analysis of the weights of medical instrument introductions”, providing reference for the introduction of medical instruments. It is hoped that through the establishment of a systematic model, the medical industry will be able to introduce and promote high-end medical devices to expand the Taiwan market more efficiently and more effectively.
