Since the light cannot be focused on the image, high-depth and high-resolution data cannot be obtained for analysis. Nonlinear optical microscopy has overcome this limitation, especially for two-photon microscopy. Photonic microscopy is mainly caused by local nonlinear signals, eliminating distortion. In the past laser research, most of the laser output characteristics such as: output power, output spectrum, pulse repetition rate, etc. In this paper, we show the application of two-photon microscopy to microscopic analysis of laser crystal characteristics, From the sample scanning modified two-photon absorption microscope, we can observe the images of laser population inversion when the laser was not pumped, pumped under the lasing condition, and pumped above the lasing threshold. In addition, we compare the images of population inversion to the output mode of mode-profiles. These observations shows that the nonlinear microscope can be utilized to analysis the microscopic behavior of lasers. Chan, Ming-Che 詹明哲 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 41 zh-TW |
