Only one out of every 5 people measures blood pressure every week. If we want to avoid hypertension, it is critical to have a habit of measuring blood pressure in every day. In addition, if measuring blood pressure under relaxes condition, we could keep white coat hypertension away. In this paper, we provide cuffless/contactless image sphygmomanometer. By off-the-shelf web camera, we can monitor blood pressure every time, everywhere. With image base solution, we can overcome cannot continue measuring problem by traditional blood pressure meter. We capture pulse transit time (PTT) from camera and base the model from physiological database with machine learning method. After experimental, the SBP RMSE is 4.56 mmHg; the DBP RMSE is 3.97 mmHg.
