At present, the domestic logistics industry in the last mile distribution, the use of science and technology ratio is low, must be a large number of labor resources. With the change of social structure, the situation of repeated distribution is becoming more and more serious, the establishment of smart cabinet is a new innovation solution in recent years, hoping to solve the problem of location decision by using the appropriate model. According to the literature review, the authors have put forward the location problem for the domestic and foreign scholars, and set the address factors as the guideline of the location, to evaluate the multiple criteria decision location method and choose the optimal selection decision factor model. This paper probes into the annotation structure pattern, the classification method of the influence matrix multiplication and the qualitative interview way, according to the literature discussion six main factors and 29 sub factors of the item, from the experience of the interviewed experts themselves, screening and supplementing the relative factors to fit the decision factors of the intelligent cabinet location. After two-stage expert questionnaire interview, using the annotation structure model and the classification method of influence matrix multiplication, we find the key 3 main factors and 5 factors of the Logistics intelligent cabinet, and help the manufacturers to meet the market demand and set the address. This paper puts forward a set of selection decision factor model, and assists the enterprise to fully master the application of the location model after the establishment of the Logistics intelligent cabinet, and then establish the core value of the enterprise competition and enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise.
