Taking NPM as an example, this study conducted the semi-structured interview with users who had participated in the exhibition of NPM and perceived the difficulties they faced and implicit demand that is unnoticeable. This study analyzed data and found that the most severe pain point generated when users experienced the curation and decoded the information about the exhibits. Hence, this study provided a museum augmented reality experience design prototype based on service design process and organized data in order to reach the crowd, meanwhile, raise the engagement. Augmented reality allows users to immerse in the view combined with real space and virtual objects at the same time. After evaluating and amending, this study expects design concept of NPM experience prototype could cooperate with edutainment-type exhibitions, events, news platform or non-profit-making organization by providing design suggestions.
