碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 106 === Due to the diversification and proliferation of data, the cost of cloud storage has decreased, and the computing power of computers has increased by one trillion times in 60 years. Meet the above factors; it promotes the breakthrough of algorithms. Artificial intelligence (AI) achieves explosive progress, and becomes a new competitive arena between countries. The United States and China, they regard AI as one of the important projects leading the national strategy. Natural language processing (NLP), one of the core technologies of artificial intelligence, is developing at a high speed. To react to the rapid development of this technology, this study explores the types of business models of the top 100 AI enterprises using NLP technology in China, as well as the business model framework of NLP. This study adopts cluster analysis, collects a large number of enterprise-related texts by web crawlers, and extracts business-features from them; structures the business model, and integrates the business model framework of NLP from the literature. Finally, this study proposes four types of business models of NLP, as well as the business model framework of NLP and the clustering systems.
