A policy model is used to assess the strategic positioning entailing a 2-dimensional analysis, containing virtual reality in medical education strategy objective (vertical axis) and policy objective (horizontal).
By this way, we could find in different segmentation there will have different Industrial Innovation Requirements. Finally, we could give different strategies sets under 3 different kinds of assumption Evaluating the Industrial Innovation Requirements and Policy Tools leads to a conclusion that no matter which assumption happen, some of the Industrial Innovation Requirements items remains, meaning they are the most critical requirements for applying virtual reality in medical education.
The most critical categories Industrial Innovation Requirements of policy instruments are government support for innovation , science and technology development , integration capability of research teams , national basic research ability, patent system , government preferential system, financial investment , setting product standard , provide international market staff.
