Summary: | 碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院科技管理學程 === 106 === With the rapid emergence of cloud computing concepts, past Internet related information services have been extended to other service aspects through the use of cloud computing. Thus, cloud computing has currently become a popular and important information technology. The outstanding performance of cloud computing has also driven development in different research fields. Of these, cloud computing is very important to the development of artificial intelligence. The main reason is because artificial intelligence relies on a large quantity of computing resources, and cloud computing can play an auxiliary role. To enterprises, the use of artificial intelligence can help to give the enterprises an added competitive advantage and keep them ahead of their competitors. However, the setup of information infrastructure to develop artificial intelligence is not something an ordinary company can afford. Luckily, advances in cloud computing technology allow enterprises to provide data and use cloud artificial intelligence platforms to implement the inference and prediction. However, this makes information security management a significant issue in the use of cloud artificial intelligence platforms. This study used information security management criterions defined in ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 and Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct an information security evaluation framework that enterprises can use to introduce cloud artificial intelligence platforms. This evaluation framework can determine the criteria beneficial to information security management, as well as their importance ranking. When enterprises are choosing cloud artificial intelligence platforms, this framework can provide a basis for basic evaluation and consideration. The objective is to allow enterprises to use a secure cloud artificial intelligence platform and create more benefits at the same time.
