The content can be divided into three parts. The first part mainly introduces the motivation of this research, the results of our lab that have been published and the device' process and physics in organic semiconductors. The second part is about enhancing the hardware and software of the measurement system. The purpose of improving the hardware is to allow user having an easier and more convenient way in measuring. Also, it can make the measurement system portable to carry outside. The software improvement is to add a protection program, so that it ensures the sensor can be measured safely. Thus, it can measure more time under control. The third part can be separated into two chapters. The first chapter is to use organic semiconductor sensors to test the gas from different objects. It contains measuring different food in a long time and comparing the gas from various parts of the human body. The second chapter is to measure gas from human body in different conditions.
