Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 106 === In this work, we grew perovskite films via the one-step fast crystallization deposition method with the structure of perovskite solar cells: glass / ITO / PEDOT:PSS / Perovskite / PCBM / BCP /Ag. After adding Cs ions, at which the best mole ratio of CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) to CsPbI3 in the mixed perovskite was 85:15, the perovskite (MA0.85Cs0.15PI3) device showed a significant enhancement in open-circuit voltage and fill factor values (Voc=1.03V, FF=75.26%,) as compared to the perovskite (MAPbI3) device, resulting in a 35.09% overall power conversion efficiency improvement — from 10.97% to 14.82%. After reducing Ag cathode to 15nm, the device exhibited high transmittance and reasonable conductivity; it was chosen as the optimum semitransparent (ST) perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Therefore, the semitransparent perovskite cell was stacked on a single crystal silicon solar cell. Finally, the stacking four terminal tandem solar cells yield a summed efficiency of 13.64%.
