It is predicted that the quantity of Mobile Internet Device will assume the geometric series growth within ten years. Our needs and reliance on networked devices will increased day by day. In other words, this means the development of 5G (5th generation mobile networks) is paid highly attention. The bandwidth of 5G is ten times more than 4G, which can solve the blockade condition caused by existing wireless network. Therefore, most of the design house rush to start doing researches related to circuit designs one after another. The circuit design has much to do with Millimeter wave. In addition, while designing a power amplifier, what designers care about is the characteristic of components, which they themselves how frequency of use can be achieved. As for how to master the characteristic of components rapidly and layout the circuit design, these might be the key point how IC foundries service and maintain customers. Thus, this research mainly based on using experimental design model to work out the most appropriate layout design of power amplifiers of millimeter waves, so as to promote sales performance effectively. This essay takes the case of A GaAs Taiwanese foundry, verifying that under the condition of the most appropriate layout design of power amplifiers of millimeter waves can definitely find out the maximum usable frequency, and assist customers to accelerate their circuit design efficiency as well.
