Heinrich, a well-known occupational safety scholar, proposed the domino theory in 1931. The content of the dominoes has five major points. The third point is that unsafe behavior is the highest incidence of work safety disasters. This study is to explore unsafe behaviors against the safety of workers. The influence is based on the not fatigue state and the fatigue state because the development of fatigue theory originated from the University of Cape Town laboratory in South Africa in the 1990s. Dr. Tim Noakes, an exercise physiologist who studied the theory, believes that The feeling of fatigue is not produced by the muscle but by the brain so the research is aimed at the mental state as the research direction and purpose. The research method spindle is a virtual reality VR (Virtual Reality) method, using Autodesk Revit to create a virtual construction, invite the subject to wear the VR device, enter the site with a realistic angle, and then use the game-style The method collects the samples that fall into the hazard, and cooperates with the post-test questionnaire to obtain data to support Heinrich's domino theory, and then uses brain wave (EEG) analysis to see the people who fall into the construction site and the current brain wave reaction. The key to this research should be the fictitiousness of virtual reality. The sufficient degree of immersive can convince humans to walk into a construction site in an immersive way. In the construction of the site model, in order to make the model more realistic, this study adds Enscape's rendering engine software and HTC Vive hardware enhances the fidelity to keep the highest state; then under the fatigue, where the hardware device of Neuroscan 32 channels, in the case of harm, and produce the brain spectrum The discussion, finally using EEG Lab analysis. Finally, the virtual reality experiment confirmed that Heinrich's doctrine of the unsafe behavior of the domino theory did increase the probability of falling into the harm; and then through the brainwave to judge the change of the tester on the virtual reality scaffold.
