By using Likert-Scale based questionnaires and Fuzzy linguistic scale, four different analysis models, which includes “all participant”, “number of BIM projects involved”, “different contracting projects”, and “different type of company” are conducted in this research. The benefit factors above the average score of each model are ranked. After the comprehensive analysis, the more significant benefit factors are “reduce the collision conflict”, “integrating various drawings”, “reduce the doubts” “review the important construction process”, and “produce the construction drawings”. The benefit factor is “reduce the construction change order”. The insignificant benefit factors are “review the general constructability”, “quality control”, “check the completion of construction work”, “reduce the stockpiling and waste of construction materials”, and “construction schedule simulation and analysis”.
