Therefore, this study investigated the use of mobile phone camera recordings for 14 consecutive days. Explore the differences in continuity, completeness and sensitivity as well as the effect of weight control. Methods: Thirty-nine subjects aged 20 to 64 years with BMI ≧ 24 (kg/m2) or 25% body fat were required to have weight control as subjects. They were divided into three groups: handwriting, mobile phone photographing, and mobile phone photographing with reminder function. Use text-assisted recording. The experiment was divided into two stages. The first stage consisted of three groups of different dietary records. After 14 consecutive days, the body weight and body fat were measured and the sensitivity questionnaire was filled. The second stage was to take pictures of the mobile phone and the mobile phone reminding group to pause the recording and measure the body weight continuously for 14 days. Body fat, followed by two groups to exchange their patterns and continue to record 14 days later, again measured body weight and body fat and filled in the sensitivity questionnaire, nutrition dietary education content every 7 days. The differences in body weight, body fat, completeness and continuity of dietary records, and sensitivity scores for different recording modes were analyzed by one-way ANOVA of variance. Percentage of satisfaction with chi-square test the effect of three modes. Results: Mobile phone camera with or without reminder, weight loss significantly more than the handwriting group (mobile phone camera:-0.7 ± 0.65 kg; mobile phone camera reminder:-0.8 ± 0.77 kg; handwriting:-0.2 ± 0.90 kg, p <.05), The number of missing days for text and handwriting in the mobile phone camera reminding group is the least compared with the mobile phone camera group (0.2±0.55 days; 0.3±1.25 days; 0.6±1.08 days, p<.05). The mobile phone camera have text and phone camera reminded that there are fewer items in the missing items than in other modes. The mobile phone camera reminder group was better than the handwriting group in satisfying diet monitoring, maintaining monitoring habits, and recording foods (0.5±0.51, 0.6±0.51, 0.6±0.51; 0.2±0.44, 0.3±0.44, 0.3±0.44, p<. 05) There is no difference with the mobile phone camera group. Conclusion: The mobile phone camera mode has the best effect on body weight change in the dietary record mode, and the mode with the least missing and the best sensitivity is the mobile phone camera reminder with textual supplement.
