Tennis has its own particularity; in response to different modes of action, venue type, common tactics, and competition system, the speciality of tennis is extended. Chandler (1995) pointed out that tennis is a sport that requires a variety of physical qualities, including speed, endurance, strength and balance. It is also a physical requirement in tennis. According to the current trend of the game, the top players must have superior hitting skills and speed and coordination ability. However, in fast and multi-changing games, players often lose balance and need to put the ball. Back to the effective area; if you have better dynamic balance control, you can play back the ball with more power and accuracy even in the running process (Roetert & Ellenbecker, 2007); also shows that physical and technical performance is Complement each other.Roth (1982) pointed out that rapid coordination appears to maintain a steady pace of speed under multiple changes at high speeds. However, all technologies must be built on the integrity and physical strength of the trainers. In addition to the special skills, the training staff also includes physical training, and this training is also regarded as an important factor to break through the special performance. In the study of tennis coordination and batting action, Zhang Bifeng (2011) all the batting movements seem to be completed by the upper limbs, but the lack of lower limbs to maintain the balance of the body, the players can not play a high level of technical performance on the court. Lin Junhong and Hong Zhangxi (2005) have better physical ability not only can improve the performance of tennis skills, but also reduce the damage caused by sports. According to the speciality of tennis, players have better mobility, explosiveness and judgment in the game. The ability and better coordination ability are very important. Therefore, tennis emphasizes the ability to move the lower limbs. It must be quickly footed in order to be able to swing the ball stably. The lower limb movement pattern is composed of sprint, emergency stop, rush, and direction change. Therefore, this action mode is similar to the reentry sports style. Therefore, in the past, research has been proposed to represent the mobile ability of tennis players on the field (Chen Junhao, Yang Yaru, Wang Ruiyao, 2005).
