Methods: The subjects were 8 healthy judo players. The average age was 21.1±1.4 years, height and weight were 162.4±6.5 cm, 61.5±6.5 kg, and judo training years were 9.5±2.1 years. Test method: The research is divided into three items: basic test, judo special test and training. The basis is divided into: lactate threshold (2-4 mmol/l) , lower limb strength (CMJ, Squat). Judo special tests are conducted using the SJFT (Special Judo Fitness Test) method. The 2-day training includes jumps, suicide runs and short-distance sprints. T-test was performed to analysis the obtaining data. (α=.05) Results:Judo special ability index: The difference between Test-1 and Test-2 was 0.4 min-1/Reps but the difference was not significant (p>.05). CMJ jump test: Test-1 average value of 36 ± 7.4cm, Test-2 average of 35.5 ± 8cm, two differences of -0.5cm, no significant differences (p> .05); Squat test: Test-1 average the value of 109±33 kg, the average value of Test-2 was 108±26 kg, and the difference was 1 kg twice but the difference was not significant (p>.05). In the short distance 150m sprint average of 6.4±0.6 m/s (Test-1), in Test-2 were 6.3±0.6 m/s, the difference between the two averages is -0.1 m/s (p>.05); SJFT test: The average of maximal lactic acid accumulation concentration was 14.3±2.3 mmol/l (Test-1), while in Test-2 it was 13.8±2.4 mmol/l. The difference between the two averages was -0.5 mmol/l (p>.05). Conclusion:After two days of high-intensity training, the lactate value and heart rate were improved, and the number of falls in the Special Judo Fitness Test (SJFT) was increased slightly. Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of two-day high-intensity training on judo-specific and basal physical fitness. The difference between the two averages was -0.5 mmol/l (p>.05).
