Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 106 === The purpose of this study was about the effect on heart rate of Archery and 2-4 mmol/l threshold by three-days of HIIT. The methods of this study, seven college archers were selected as the subjects. The average age, height and weight are 22±1.7 years old, 170.6±9.8 centimeters tall, and 63.4±8.4 kilograms, respectively. There were three parts of the testing, pre-test, training and post-test. The pre-test were the archery, rowing and basic threshold endurance. Both the archery and the basic endurance were post-test. And the training test was three consecutive days of HIIT on rowing ergometers (4 x 200 m, level 4). The result: the heart rate of archers was decreased to 3 min-1 (p>.05) on post-test set-3. The aerobic endurance was decreased to 0.2 m/s (p>.05) and the anaerobic endurance was decreased to 0.1 m/s (p>.05). In step loading, the heart rate was changed, especially in low-intensity, 2.5 m/s was decreased to 11 min-1 (p>.05) and 3 m/s was decreased to 6 min-1 (p>.05). The third day of HIIT, the heart rate was decreased, the rowing output watt improved to 3 watt (p>.05). The conclusion of this study: 1. Three consecutive days of HIIT could decreased archer’s heart rate and the rest heart rate. 2. The basic thresholds velocity has not changed. In the step loading, the heart rate of descent was comparable with HIIT of running for a week and two weeks of aerobic training, therefore, the HIIT of rowing for three days could improve the circulatory system only, not the metabolic. 3. The rowing HIIT by three days could not cause the fatigue of the subjects in this study.
