Satisfaction and Importance in Sport Facilities: A Case Study of Canopy Basketball Court in Taoyuan City

碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 休閒產業經營學系 === 106 === Assessed the performance characteristics of the satisfaction and importance in sports facilities by using a self-administrated questionnaire among 500 adult residents who were using the basketball court. The correlations of the satisfaction and importance with space, convenience and facilities utilization were examined. 500 questionnaires were given to the residents in the basketball court in person. 478 (95.6%) questionnaires were returned. The summary scores were found to be reliable and valid measures. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA Scheffer test, Pearson Correlation test, and IPA were conducted. Facilities utilization shows the highest scores in both importance group and satisfaction one. Besides, the highest correlation was seen between the space and facilities utilization in the importance group. Significant statistical differences existed between different genders and marital status. The facilities utilization of the female users are much higher than the male users. In the importance part, space and facilities utilization showed higher in the married people than the unmarried perople. It was concluded that the parking space, numbers of basket, having a roof and regular management contains an existential factor of a daily sport facility.
