Abstract
The transportation provides a short space distance in the sunshine service, so that the community elders can easily obtain the sunshine service to enhance their willingness to use the sunshine service, and can improve the quantity and quality of the sunshine service through the shuttle service (Qiu Xinyi, 2001；Ministry of Health and Welfare, 2015), but in the practical operation, it brought some difficulties in the management of Rizhao units (Qiu Xinyi, 2001; Gao Huiping, 2009), and there are few management issues on the sunshine transfer.
