This study addresses the following research questions: (1) How do the administration managers practice different roles ?(2)What are the responses of the administration managers to the varied challenges and social changes? (3) How to the administration managers maintain the sustainability and development of the organization? The findings are as follows: I. The administration managers practice several roles including: 1. Active communicator. 2. Supporter for social workers and volunteers. 3. Professional catalyst. 4. Marketing supervisor . II.The administration managers’ responses to challenges include: 1.Reexamine organization’s mission and volunteer. 2.Using computer-based information technology. 3.Helping Chief Executive Officer to adjust to the new position. 4.Minimize the dual roles of the position. III. The administration managers’future mission and strategies include 1. Financial stabilization. 2. Adjusting strategies to changing environmental demands. 3. Developing different services. 4.
