Appropriate amount of clouding agent can be normally metabolized, However an excessive intake or long-term consumption will cause obesity, fatty liver, even lead to blood vessel obstruction, stroke, cardiovascular syndrome, thrombosis and other cardiovascular diseases. This thesis uses an infrared spectrometer to detect whether people’s daily drinks, foods, or additives contain excessive Cloudy agent. In this study, pure water was used as a drink, and various commercially available high-strength clouding agents (a gum arabic, emulsifier, sunflower oil, palm oil, and other food additives were mixed together) were mixed and examined by an infrared spectrometer to conduct the test. The two stages of detection standards are all corrected by pure water (drinks), and then the specific wavelength is found in the penetration intensity of each spectrum according to the light in the spectrometer, and the detected light is used at the specific wavelength. After the transparency is calculated, a linear regression formula is used to find the concentration of the clouding agent, and a dual-band verification value is obtained after being detected by a self-made simple spectrometer, and a set of simple circuits is designed to present it so that the consumer can quickly understand the dosage of cloudy agent. Do not allow the body to fall into a vicious circle.
