Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 管理學院經營管理碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 === 106 === Taking the use of smart TV as the main tool for smart home services as an example, in today’s Taiwanese society, it is not only at the stage of conception, but the application services actually proposed by the international giants of smart TV still centred around entertainment and home appliance control. The collection of information and the likes still lacks a human-centered approach to consider the overall smart family life situation, closely tied into the family's daily activities, and lacks a Chinese human-machine friendly interface that integrates the cultural qualities of Taiwan to reduce digital barriers and barriers for smart TV users.
Based on the concept of human-machine friendly interface in smart households, the actual needs and experiences of home users who are on the developing smart systems naturally deserves a need for exploration.
This study is a comprehensive review of all available information on Taiwan's existing smart home appliances, smart entertainment, smart home, smart security, smart medical, smart energy, smart health and smart home life systems.
Although the research is limited by time, manpower and other technical considerations, this research object still have the scholars and experts who have not used and used the retired senior citizens and smart home systems.
Through the semi-structured in-depth interviews with all the participants in the study, the researchers recorded and summarized the experiences of Taiwan’s retired elderly in the use of smart home living systems, and thus thought it over the differences of existing and potential use between current retirement ages and non-users regarding the product design and services of smart home life system. It is also referred to the views of experts and scholars to propose the further development of related smart home life system with the use of follow-up recommendations.
